Although I already reviewed it in 2007, that girl just couldn't resist another shout out to Burger Bar. Also located at the Mandalay Bay, this place is just amazing. Boyfriend was jealous when sister and I went without him.
I basically had the same thing as my first visit, kobe beef burger with blue cheese and caramelized onions, this time adding that thick pepper bacon to take it to a new level. Boyfriend got a little excited about all of the topping choices, nestling his kobe burger in a ciabatta roll and piling it high with provolone, caramelized onions, cinnamon bacon, and guacamole on the side for schmearing. "Fat" fries (how appropriate... this meal was like a gazillion calories) were amazing, perfectly golden well done as requested. This was another comp meal for us, (I'm telling you they are great about comps here) and we'll be back for sure.

I will be trying this place myself.
I actually ate there just a few days ago and was totally unimpressed.
The sweet potato fries were good but I felt I paid 14 dollars for an 8 dollar burger.
Also.. I found it weird that the bartender/waitresses (we sat at the bar) all looked the same. Dark hair pulled back into a severe ponytail, black tank top, black low-rise jeans, questionable judgement tattoos.
